- Inspect and clean gutters for proper drainage.
Program 2 – One year followup program.

Benefits to the followup:
- Inspect caulking joints for failure that will lead to water penetration and damage.
- Inspect paint for fading, cracking, chalking, and peeling. Follow up with paint manufacture for all warranty related issues for the life of your home.
- Touch ups done once a year due to structure settling.
